Marubeni Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Head Office: Tokyo, Japan; President & COO: Shigeyuki Nishinaka; hereinafter, “Marubeni Pharmaceuticals”) announces that it has established its wholly owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, Marubeni Pharmaceuticals Hong Kong Limited (Chinese name: 丸紅製藥香港有限公司; hereinafter, “MPHK”) as of August 19, 2026.
MPHK will be responsible for the importation, sales, and marketing of pharmaceutical products in Hong Kong. MPHK aims to strengthen its business platform and expand its operations in the Hong Kong market, including through the enhancing collaboration with local sales partners and the future launch of new products.
